my recent stay at carta hotel kyoto beatie was absolutely incredible. the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made this escape from the chaos of the city truly memorable. everything from the well-equipped rooms to the helpful english-speaking staff exceeded my expectations.

Complimentary WiFi throughout the property was a game-changer! I could check my emails, browse the web, and stay connected with loved ones effortlessly. It felt like having a personal hotspot, only better!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and wonderful hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. We spent a wonderful time here, would recomand to anyone.

Enjoyed Kyoto, the hotel was nicely decorated and quiet in a great neighborhood. I booked superior twin room and everything was excellent. There was a particularly good bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. Location: the property was close to a metro station, shopping areas and convenience stores as well as the subway and stores. I had coffee at Grains de Vanilla, located within 5 minutes walk...

Nothing, all was good.

The room is brand-new and neat. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge. The hotel is in a peaceful location away from Kyoto station. The venue provides an excellent service.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and Nishiki Market, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us, even taking care of shipping and delivering a lost item to our room. our experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The room was brand-new, and well-equipped, with a private safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The location was quiet and comfortable for Kyoto, right by transport, tourist attractions and restaurants and Karasuma Oike subway station and bus stops.

My superior twin room had modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a sitting area. The staff was affable and amazingly friendly without being intrusive. Also, location was good and fantastic, not too far away from a historic wooden castle👌

The staff were affable, amicable, did all they can for a wonderful stay. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of Kyoto Imperial Palace. It was also so close to the subway and stores, a metro station, shopping areas and convenience stores and the major shopping centres nearby.

The twin room we stayed in was neat and brand-new. Most of the staff were very helpful and caring. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to main markets and shopping streets, Karasuma Oike subway station and bus stops, and all sorts of delicious food options.

During our stay at Carta Hotel Kyoto Bettei, we were impressed with the level of cleanliness and the spaciousness of the room. The hotel's convenient location near a supermarket and metro station made exploring the city easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us when we arrived late. The free water and coffee at the lobby were a nice touch. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its value and comfort.

We loved the a twin room which was new-fashioned. This hotel had a central position near by are cafes etc. And it was also so close to the major shopping centres, shops and convenient stores and the subway.

All in all well-appointed room. The staff were efficient and caring. Location: the hotel was very close to main markets and shopping streets, Karasuma Oike subway station, and two subway lines, downtown Kyoto and walking distance to Gion.

Everything was spot on.
